Tyshean
Tysheans are an offshoot of the eastern Vensian people who colonized the continent of Tira Lontana (aka. Tai'Shea). They share many similarities with the Zhenese, the eastern islanders near the mainland of Mindar. Their far-eastern culture is unique in is compliment of form and function. Tysheans have a penchant for the artistic, even in the creation of mundane items.
Mirriling scholars and ascetics share a humanistic philosophy, which they express in a non-theistic tradition of wisdom and personal discipline. Ascetic highland monasteries prepare the hearts of the young with the inner discipline to serve their communities. Tyshean warriors have a distinct fighting style. Noble sons and daughters are trained in the samurai tradition, to fight with skill and honor. Tyshean's are also known for using weaponless martial arts in combat, using speed and skill to defeat their enemies.
In latter ages, Tyshean culture came to prominence across Vensia. Their weapons and armor were adopted by people of other cultures, especially the Mirrilings, who were their primary trading partners.
