Delbrion Town
Also near Lennith City for residential citizens of Sprawn Valley lies Delbrion town, directly one mile to the South. Delbrion Town maintains a small amount of facilities pending for assisted funding, for their scientific involvement in pharmaceutical research with integrated magical properties, as well as recreational facilities, which arguably attract more people towards Lennith City. The area here however is land locked in other directions by rough terrains related to the Skar Mountains.
Infrastructure
The town is a blended mix of residential areas connected to a central town. The town has recreational and shopping districts, but no official school, only a small clinic facility that is relatively new to the town. Delbrion town is still growing, many claiming it is trying to copy Lennith City.
