West North South Keplar
The Empire of Keplar is split into two main regions. The north is refered to as Keplar Valley. The south is simply called South Keplar.
The distinction between the two is not just a matter of geographical location however. During The Keplan Pirate War of 012 South Keplar, along with The Silent Coast and Caldera were territory of The Pirate King Ajax. Even 300 years later South Keplar shares a much more friendly relationship with Caldera and The Silent Coast than their northern neighbors.
North South Keplar was the northern most territory of South Keplar. During the Pirate War the people of North South Keplar were split on whether to support Emperor Atticus Keplar from the north or support King Ajax in the south.
Eventually the town was split into two by the opposing factions with the people on the East supporting Ajax and the people on the West side supporting Atticus.
East North South Keplar was destroyed long ago, but the people of West North South Keplar have kept the name to honor their loyalty to the true Emperor of Keplar despite their southern brothers siding with the pirate Ajax.
