She does not sell clothes for money, but instead gives them to people based on reputation. If you make a name for yourself as a razorpunk or political activists you will gain access to more clothes.
Nobody in Tri-City knows that the reason she is able to live the lifestyle she lives is because her father is JP Blooman, the richest man in the world. If this information were to ever surface, her street cred as a razorpunk would disapear imediately.
