Praxar Null

Praxar Null is an Aleena Jedi Knight who trained alongside Adop'e at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Old beyond his years, Praxar built a reputation more as an archivist than as a Jedi, though somewhat prone for confusing his histories and dramatic serials. He is currently based on Dantooine.

Background

Praxar grew up on Aleen Minor, where he was identified by Jedi Seekers at a young age. After being brought to Coruscant, Praxar trained with Jedi Master Loth Rothus Hain alongside Adop'e, the two Padawan working in unison alongside their master. However, even in their training it became evident that the two were very different people. Where Adop'e concerned himself with the state of the galaxy and with his martial training, Praxar buried himself in ancient texts and literature. Praxar's love of history and the Archives was matched only by his obsession with pulp fiction, with which he endlessly tormented both Adop'e and his master. After being made a Jedi Knight, Praxar worked for a time in the Jedi Archives before being deployed to the Jedi Archive on Dantooine, alongside Jedi Master Low Jannagar.

Appearance

Praxar has a distinctive, bright blue skin tone which sets him apart from his fellow Aleena. With a strong jaw and a serious visage, Praxar could well be taken for an enforcer or bodyguard - were he of a slightly more threatening species. Praxar wears heavy, brown Jedi robes even in the hottest heat, in which he stores a great many datapads carrying a variety of historical data and works of scandalous fiction.

Characteristics

Praxar is somewhat notorious in the Jedi Order for melodrama and a blurring of the line between fact and fiction. He has a propensity for exaggeration, and if asked could readily detail hundreds of times when he has found himself in mortal danger; always escaping without a scratch, of course. Even in his brief time on Dantooine, he has published a number of pieces on the HoloNet about his experiences, particularly about the bandits who have taken over the Jedi Enclave.
