Relations
The Republic
The main rival of the Sith Empire is The Republic, the largest and longest-lived interstellar government in the galaxy. Ever since the Empire's formation in rebuttal of the Republic's methods of rule, the two have fought in major wars against each other with some lasting centuries. While each has had fluctuations in authority and governing area over time, the most recent clashes have left them in a hard stalemate. As both powers have recently take severe damage to their number of active force users, negotiations have created a temporary ceasefire for both to focus on internal concerns.
The Exchange
The Sith Empire views The Exchange as a necessary evil, believing that an organized criminal organization is much better than various fighting gangs. Careful to monitor their operations wherever possible, the Empire has a tentative agreement to ignore their enterprise as long as they maintain order in the criminal underground on Sith planets. While various government officials may have their own opinions on what and when to let things slide, it is rumored that some of the major players within the Exchange hold diplomatic immunity in exchange for working within the desired methods.
Czerka Corp
Ithorian Restoration League
The Sith Empire has a disdainful outlook on the efforts of the I.R.L. viewing their ideology as wide-eyed naivety. Sacrifices must be made in order for progress to happen, and sometimes those costs are planet-sized.
