Brell 142

Brell 142 is a Second Adjoinant of the Hegmonic Council, which is the government of Khomm. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Khomm Central Population Planning, reporting to First Adjoinant Forn 167 who then reports directly to the Hegemonic Council.
