Mirial

The planet Mirial is the homeworld of the Mirialans. It was conquered near the very start of the wars with The Sith Empire, and was not freed until nearly the end of the war. It currently has one of the largest Republic military presences near the former Imperial sector. It is also currently undergoing massive reconstruction efforts while simultaneously trying to reestablish it's old government forms.
The current senior military officer in the system is Commander Pess Roulgra, A Mon Calamari in charge of the military starbase in orbit around the planet.
