Commander Petrarch now runs a mercenary company on Torunga calling itself 'The Eternal 45th'
He is intelligent, arrogant, and resourceful.
The greatest asset of his new mercenary company is its possession of a fully functional IM99 Persuader class heavy tank. This combined with the fact that he still maintains military discipline has made his unit effective on Torunga.
