Muddy passes the test to get into the Stellara Hero Programme by one point

Muddy Katon breaks the targets even faster than last time thanks to his newfound water powers, but gets cocky and wastes time in other parts of the test. Luckily, he lasts just long enough against Headmaster Izuma Neidoc this time to pass...by exactly one point.   The score doesn't matter though; a pass is a pass. Muddy has been officially accepted into the Stellara Hero Programme!
