Bashen

A skilled artificer and creator of the mechanical marvel Tariyanna, a Baloth more machine than flesh. The ambitious dwarf hails from Ordeg and planned to use his creation in The Marshlight Run and earn the favor of either Sadish or Wandershell.
O.E.C. first encountered the ornery dwarf when they relieved him of his creation on behalf of Lord Vorthos Quetzan, taking Tariyanna and leaving the dwarf stranded with a group of mercenaries, The Children of the Crucible, sent to harass them.
Bashen earned his revenge on the party with a "contest" of arms that saw the group beaten, but most of the damage was to O.E.C.'s pride and inventory as the artificer demanded a fair number of their magical artifacts in return. Seemed to earn a begrudging respect from Smythe
