Kikkemi

Kikkemi is a relatively new nation, led by a young female copper dragon named Neseri. Carved out of former Gocruz territory, its expansion has been halted at the request of other nations in The Platinum Union hoping not to anger Gocruz. Neseri has continued to make non-violent additions to her territory, prodding at the Republic and, much to the young dragons delight, aggravating both the PU and TL. Kikkemi has recently had an influx of immigrants from the neighboring Digrain Empire, finding her a more capable leader than the IOW2. This has also made Kikkemi one of the most diverse PU nations, which seems to amuse Neseri.
On the surface, Neseri takes a laissez faire attitude to rulership. She seems annoyed by the minutiae of government and only makes appearances to take a firm role in matters of battle or strategy. In truth, Neseri is an excellent ruler and uses a cadre of hand-selected agents to lead her new nation. She makes constant, calculated decisions in the management of her appointed officials, including frequent rotations of responsibilities. As such, many of her officials are very well-rounded, and while their own scope of power may be narrow, they are able to approach government problems with a holistic viewpoint.

No more than 3 years ago, Nesari adopted a rather more aggressive approach to expansion. Kikkemi launched an invasion of The Republic of Gocruz and began the The War of the 5 Cities. Her rather aggressive strategy has seen the cities of Ulos and Mandruntaig join Kikkemi. It will remain to be seen if she will as successful in conquering the rest of the young nation.
