Quoice Helltalon signed the Letters of Binding in an effort to escape the domain of the rakshasa, †Lord Krinskild. His copy of the Letters exists in the Book of Belial, while Onnomel's Letters are kept in an undisclosed location.

LETTERS OF BINDING

KNOW ALL PARTIES BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT is made and executed this day of Erastus 7, 1432 by and between:

Quoice Helltalon, of sound livingness and mind—hereinafter referred to as the RECEIVER.

-AND-

-

The agent known as Onnomel, of affirmed authority on behalf of the Court of Belial—hereinafter referred to as the GRANTOR.

WITNESSETH:

That WHEREAS, the RECEIVER agrees to the bestowment of their immortal soul upon death or upon alignment with the infernal—whichsoever the first, as noted in Writ of the Infernal—in exchange for a single, immediate request to be bestowed by the GRANTOR of the RECEIVER’s discretion. Further dealings between parties are of no inherent relation to the Letters of Binding but does not exclude them whenso in relation to alignment with the infernal, or otherwise relevant.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the established negotiation, the RECEIVER, in sound livingness and mind, receives a single immediate request to be fulfilled by the GRANTOR of the former’s desire within the latter's capacity.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSES: That requested payment shall be granted exclusively by the GRANTOR for independent purposes and shall not be diverted from the RECEIVER. It is hereby expressly agreed that if at any time this payment is diverted, the terms of the contract shall be rendered null and void.

2. EXTENT: This term of obligation is for the duration of either party’s inherent existence and is thereby rescinded upon a permanent state of soullessness. The rights and responsibilities of GRANTOR and/or RECEIVER may be passed to another willing entity of sound livingness and mind The contract is otherwise terminable by negotiating consensus.

3. VIOLATION OF TERMS: In the event that the terms as specified by the contract are violated, an immediate forfeiture of life and souls (when relevant) shall be placed upon the transgressor. Therefore, in any circumstances of violation on the part of the RECEIVER will denote a voluntary forfeiture of life under the rights of the GRANTOR and vice-versa.
