History
On the 56th Day of Thuyir in 8089 AF, the criminal organization Mother's Milk seized control of all services within Azhur District and proclaimed itself the ruling authority. Since they have a history of client-patron service to the people and since no other alternatives were present, the populace has accepted their rule.
