Dorkustak
A Dorkustak is a feudal noble who rules the Dorkustakate of Sundak, one of the five Grand Duchies of the Oeveringian Empire. Technically, per treaty, the Dorkustak is equivalent to a King, and they rule in that manner, except that they owe fealty to the Kaiser and the Kaiser's Law. Beyond that (already expansive) set of limitations, they are sovereign. That sovereignty includes a quirky provision - the Kaiser may not march an army into Sundak without leave from the Dorkustak, though a Dorkustak who refused to grant that permission upon request would likely be considered to be in active rebellion.
