Khitu Guard

The Khitu Guard is made up of four basic groups - the Swords, the Spears, the Horse, and the Crossbows. Of these, the Swords and the Crossbows are professional military. The Horse are reserve military made up of Bvithu who serve two months per year, which is usually consumed by training. The Spears are fully a militia force, though all military aged and able bodied citizens of the district must report once per year for two weeks of training.
