Beast Hunt

Expedition

Some sort of beast has been terrorizing the farms and villages south of the city. It creeps up in the night with snarls and a cackling laugh and steals away with unwary people, livestock, etc. The stolen people and creatures' ravaged and eaten bodies are found nearby the next morning. So far 3 young children, an old man, 2 cows, a pig, 3 pheasants, and a turkey have been killed in this way.

The party investigates the attacks and learns that a small cackle of gnolls, led by a leucrotta, are responsible for the attacks. They track the creatures and dispatch them, eliminating the threat.
