Chancellor Ripstop
Chancellor Dristen Ripstop is the representative of Caivh Hwell in the Court of Orcli. He is a wealthy human hailing from Nickwick and has connections to Ghadjo Hwell and the military.
He is attractive but known for his cruel streak and vicious way of speach. He is well educated and a strategic thinker. Because representatives typically live in Hevedberg, he ran as a human unopposed by any gnome candidates.
Unlike many other representatives, he is not well loved by the general population of Caivh, and he himself does not particularly care for gnomes and gnome issues. He is more interested with supporting his own agendas in the Court while improving Caivh and especially Nickwick for his own selfish reasons.
