Countess Hezibelineth (a.k.a. Zibeline)

Countess Zibeline, born Hezibelineth, is a female tiefling serving as the current representative of Tockotch Hwell in the League of Orcli. She has red skin, black eyes and hair, and spiraling horns. She is known for her beauty and ruby red lips, constantly shimmering with gloss.
She is less-involved with the Ritzkya than her governor and peer, Lord Miziroth, although she still respects the opinions of Lord Horaab. She does a good job at balancing that, her tiefling identity, her hwell which she represents, and the good of Orcli in her decisions at Court.
She grew up in Port Sulfur to a wealthy family with ties to the Ritzkya but eyes set more toward interhwell trade.
She cares about the treatment of tieflings throughout Orcli and the wellbeing of Tockotchians.
