Ebenezer Acrapulos

Ebenezer Acrapulos is the mayor of Kastill Grounds, the walled citadel which acts as launching point to the Three Fortresses of Academopolis, Magobrium, and Palatia, which all form "Kastill," the royal capital of Orcli.
Ebenezer is a larger man with thin white hair on the sides of his bald head, dark and baggy eyes, olive skin, and a clean-shaven face. He wears crescent-moon reading glasses, and is older.  He is a busy man, organizing, directing, and managing many aspects of Kastill, including the relations with the Military Academy, Grand Palace, Library of Magic, and local Kastillian and Ghadjoan issues.
