High Lord Ystablyn

High Lord (Conryddion) Ystablyn, House of Egalasinth, is the current High Lord of the Egalasinth Dynasty, the elven monarchy.  He is bald, with long, pointed ears, and tanned, somewhat wrinkled skin.  His wife is High Lady Anawyn, and their children are Lord Elabryn, Lady Hwlabri, and Lady Trystalia.  His cousin is Lady Stwenowith, the current governor of Moethe Havn.
He has no official governmental role in the League of Orcli, but still is an important figure in Moethean and Orclian politics, due to the influence of the House of Egalasinth and the remnants of power the elven monarchy still has and has adapted to under the orcish overrule.
