Orcli's Library of Magic

Orcli's Library of Magic is Orcli's prime source and storehouse of magical knowledge, as well as the prime thinktank and producer of magical innovation, ranging from combat to practical use. It is located in the defensible mountain citadel of Magobrium, part of Kastill, Orcli's royal capital. It is currently led and managed by Magistrate Padwu, who reports directly to King Kruvh.
