Nansi Gaffynder

Nansi Gaffynder is the current mayor of Holmshir, who won election running on a campaign based on an increased cooperation with the human settlements on Meyjakh like Vallton and Cannaton, whose trade can help Holmshir keep up with the demands of Hevedberg while sustaining itself (Holmshir) as well.  This mindset keeps Holmshir as an equal partner rather than simply a feeder town, feeding the Capitol.
Nansi is half Prandil, with tanned skin and dark black hair with streaks of grey, although styled more like Moethians, tying it up in a large bun rather than long braids.  Her personality is kind but tough, having a warm smile but dedicated eyes and a resilient face.  She often wears ankle-length, long-sleeve, billowy dresses with comfortable boots and a satchel to support her busy schedule and various need for items throughout the day.
