Mayor Shiplard Harker (a.k.a. Ship)

Shiplard "Ship" Harker is the current mayor of Kronnested, Orze Hwell's capital and only settlement on the main island of Orze.
Ship is a handsome, middle-aged, red-haired man with slicked-back hair and a ruddy beard.  Compared to other Orzean officials and leaders of Kronnested, Ship is warmer and more charismatic, although still follows the rules and operates within structure.
Ship used his charismatic personality to secure votes, while following and enforcing rules and ordinances to secure the support of city officials overseeing the other departments and districts.  Under the table, he is aware of Walrusian and Faerie Runner activity in the town's northern Blacksand District.  He somewhat supports it and helps their secrecy, while also keeping them out of the main town.
