Determinus

Determinus, also known as The Determinus is the leader of the Determini gang of the Wessinger Slum.
He is assumed to be a male Ashaī] as the gang does not recruit women but nobody knows his true identity.
He is said to be the mastermind behind the many perfectly planned and orchestrated illegal activities of the Determini.
The only times he appears to others he is cloaked and hooded with a mask of white wood covering his face and some strange apparatus disguising his voice.
