Determini

The Determini are a gang which controls a small part of the Wessinger Slum.
Though far less powerful than the Reaping Willows and the Grey Crows which control the rest of the district the Determini can hold their own.
They are primarily made up of male Ashaī and are known to not recruit women of any race.
The Determini are an up and coming gang within the sprawling microcosm of Styx and are primarily known for their intensely well organized hit and run burglaries and robberies.
They are known to act without extreme prejudice to eradicate witnesses to their crimes going as far as killing innocent bystanders.
The leader of the Determini is shaded in mystery, only known by the name of Determinus and rarely acting openly or publicly.
