Federal Vanguard

The Federal Vanguard, often simply called "the Feds" is a raised branch of the Law Enforcement system of Styx.
They operate within the entire city, overruling the local jurisdiction of the People's Guard Militias and their Commissars.

The Federal Vanguard is overseen by the Inquisitioral Force of the Church of Serkatha and comes into action whenever a crime is grave enough to require more than local action or when an investigation spans farther than just one district of the city of Styx.
