Hades the Gravekeeper
In his living days a dashing rogue and swashbuckler Hades birth name is long forgotten. It is said he was an adventurer of great renown, beloved and adored by people of all genders and a legendary figure that robbed the hearts and heirlooms of many noble folk. Through his escapades he got on the bad side of too many people, scorned lovers and those wed to those he bedded and ended up stabbed in an alleyway. He lived for another month before he died of infection from the stab wound. Its said that he was dead for 3 seasons before turning up undead, his body partially decayed and his spirit broken.
Now he is Hades the Gravekeeper, leader of the undead of the Osthalt Necropolis and a legendary figure in his own right. Few recall his ancient past and almost nobody would recognize him for the gentleman rogue that he once was. Hades wears a metal mask adorned with an impressive moustache much like he had one in life and is the ruler of the Osthalt Necropolis. His domain is de-facto its own fiefdom on the territory of Styx and left alone by the Temple Parliament for the most part, its inhabitants are undesirables and much of its holdings are unusable or hidden to the eyes of the Church of Serkatha. Hades is known as a strict ruler but a just man who stands by his word and tries to enable the people of Necropolis to live as egalitarian and unbothered as possible while keeping the peace. Hades speaks with an obvious accent foreign to Styx.
