Union of Thieves

The Union of Thieves is not legally a union, in fact it is a banned organization.

Stylizing itself as a union like the Great Unions the Union of Thieves is akin to a Thieves Guild, a lax collective of criminals, crooks, gang members and outlaws.

Officially they follow the Code of Rogues but many of them do not even uphold these tenets instead embracing complete lawlessness and a life ruled by whims and urges.

Most of the major gangs of Styx meet regularly at the Council of Magpies, a secret gathering for those who subvert and break the laws of the Temple Parliament.

Officers of the law have tried to infiltrate such meetings many times, the Blood Mages of the Union of Thieves prevented a success each time.
