Willow Rosewood

Willow Rosewood is the leader of the Reaping Willows, a gang which controls part of the Wessinger Slum. Willow Rosewood is legendary in her criminal exploits and often depicted as a dashing rogue of a woman, hitting the establishment where it hurts financially and occasionally though unpredictably aiding the common people.
She is not a saint however and there are just as many tales of her cruelly abusing those around her as there are of her being a local hero.
Some says Willow Rosewood is descended from surface dwelling elves and certainly her skin color is unlike that of any Sumraki-Ashaī known to the people of Styx.
