Reaping Willows

The Reaping Willows is a powerful gang which rules part of the Wessinger Slum.
They are led by Willow Rosewood, a strange elven woman with a complexion and demeanor unknown to the people of Styx.
Some claim she is from the Scorched Lands originally but none know for sure.
The Reaping Willows primarily deal in illicit substances and peddle drugs from the farthest corners of the Deeplands across the City of Styx.
In recent years they have increasingly become a target of the Federal Vanguard and have therefore attempted to stay more covert in their actions which is part of why the Wessinger Slum has not evolved into open warfare between the gangs there.
