Nouhako Barracks
Nouhako Barracks Facility supporting Punau's Platoon of City Guard; the barrack is a sturdy darkwood building hung with green-and-white banners that match the guards’ uniforms. These guards keep the peace in Punau by patrolling the borough to ensure public safty. City guards also serve as the firefighters and general emergency response. Heroes might visit the Barrack to hear about bandits, ruffians or other adventure opportunities.

Watch officers are assigned to a certain area within a city or community. Often leading a small team of lower-ranking guards, they patrol those areas to maintain order and enforce laws. Watch officers get the job done, though their methods are not always gentle or kind. Because the watch officer is responsible to their superiors for their area, they sometimes need to make tough decisions between justice and effectiveness. Special Abilities | Quick Coercion Whisper Elf Your ears are finely tuned, able to detect even the slightest whispers of sound. As long as you can hear normally, you can use the Seek action to sense undetected creatures in a 60-foot cone instead of a 30-foot cone.
