Open the Celestial Paths
Once the wizard decides they wish to travel on the Celestial Paths they detected by casting the spell Detect the Celestial Paths, they must open it by casting this spell.
Effect
The caster's arcane energies flare and pull open a rift, an opening into the dimensional roads known as the Celestial Paths. A glowing rift appears, and the wizard and his party can enter, if they choose. The wizard keeps the destination in mind while opening the rift.
The wizard must follow the party, his magic keeping it open. The rift closes behind him as he enters. Transit along the path can be instantaneous, or can last several minutes, accounts vary.
A rift appears where the Celestial Path meets the destination, and the party steps out.
While travelling along a path, roll a d100. The following may happen at your discretion:
1-10: Off-Course, choose a new destination
11-49: Arrival, instantaneous
50-89: Arrival, but journey takes d8 hours.
90-99: Off-Course, choose a new Dimension.
100: DM Fiat
