The Thellos Mageocracy is led by a High Wizard, who has a dozen Magisters who serve under him. They form a body called the Arcane council, which rules and regulates the Mageocracy.

Thellos has a prosperous economy, trading in magical goods, potions, and of course, teleportation guild services.

Towers of Thellos
The Academy of Magic has completed construction of Towers of Thellos on the other isles of the Alliance. These towers serve as centers of learning for young Wizards prior to their acceptance at the Academy of Magic. It also serves to house travelling Mages or dignitaries from Thellos, and a gathering place for those involved in Thellosian affairs. Each of the other Isles have a Tower of Thellos, a grand 5 level structure. With the exception of Dorwin, which has a 2 story building that used to be an inn.Guilds and Factions

History
The Academy of Magic on Thellos is an old institution. Some say its origins stretch to before the Sundering. Located on what was the Isle of Wren, students were teleported to the school via teleportation circles long before the invention of Sky Galleons.
Students are taught not only magic, but their letters, math, philosophy, and general knowledge of the isles.

Notable Locations
Thellos Grand Library - the library at the Academy is one of the largest in all the Isles, with many pre-Sundering books that have been recovered. Many tomes from Camsdale - Royal City have been brought here for preservation. @Bards College - A college of learning for Minstrals. Founded by Thellos to explore the newly emerging field of Melodic Magic, or magic of the music.
