Kiergo
An undying trickster who might have actually originated on Earth. Maybe. He's human on most scans, so there's at least some connection there. Ended up in a fair amount of lore on a variety of planets as a divine antagonist to several heroes. Personally, I'm not convinced he's so antagonistic, but the legends he's involved in certainly think so.
He's usually described as red haired, occasionally confused for leprechauns in some stories. Definitely has powers, and definitely goes out of his way to make sure that no one can tell exactly what those powers are. My theory is that all he really has is that immortality, and the rest of it is based on tech he's picked up on the way plus some hard-won knowledge and skills.
A/n: Ruby finds him to be terrifyingly aspirational. Someone with a fairly subtle power who's taken the time to learn how to use what's around him to control the world? It's exactly who she wants to be.
He has personal history with Celestis, and to call it rocky would be to call water wet. It's part of how we know that he's immortal, both from the fact that he's still around two hundred years later, and because she wrote down details about him. Most of these details are suspect (he's probably not a literal devil) because at several junctures they had a falling out and she was not inclined to be kind in her writing.
Kiergo seems to enjoy playing the trickster spirit wherever he ends up. There's three planets where his name is synonymous with trouble, and at least four more where it's a confirmed pseudonym.
Having met him once, I can confirm that he enjoys a good prank. Luckily, he's also the kind of person who can appreciate a good joke played upon himself.
