Martin Suthmeer
A scientist who used to work under SIVIC as a researcher. Until he figured out that his daughter Ethelyn Suthmeer had been kidnapped and was being used as a guinea pig for the more awful avenues of research done at the time. Attempted to rescue her but failed as she'd already gotten free.
Went on the run after that as association with the more unsavory elements of SIVIC was hard to get rid of.
