Static Shock was born in 1998 to a Spanish mother and a Selevinian dad.

Education
Static Shock was a gifted child who suffered his fever at about 5 years of age. After he found out he could manipulate the forces of energy and with it was pretty rambunctious. He was kept under lock and key by his parents who didnt want the government after him and he was taught to hide his power.
Eventually in highschool he first donned the mask and became "Shock Man" who operated in the shadows and around the city of Despratador. He quickly put up the mantel when he graduated highschool and he was given a full ride scholar ship to a mechanical engineering school. He was brilliant and passed top of his class. When he graduated, he redonned the mask but named himself static shock and quickly was thrown into the crazy world of the foundation. He helped design the super max prison as well as several defense drones, CDE's, and the teleport gates.
He was one of the first members of Team Spectrum and watched the foundation rise and fall. He delt with the rotting brain virus in Despratador and him and Super Orangutan man stopped Tester (Now Dr. Limbo). He was soon a full fledged agent of the foundation who defended the world against the Horrors of Zagara. One of the rare heroes who didnt get infected.
After Zagara's invasion he met an unfortunate end. The killer ventriloquist ended up killing Static shock and grinding his body under a car and put it in a bottle. Eventually a monument was erected in his honor.
This wasnt the end of the story as the later foundation leader Deadmetal would betray and kill the last leader of the Creed Tundra for the artifact Just for One day where he pulled Static Shock before he was crushed- only moments before. Since then he has been trying to understand how the world has changed. He struggled alot to see all his friends battered and tired. When the foundation finally collapsed static fought on the front lines with the cops to stop the foundation and the other groups of criminals and since then has been trying to rebuild the reputation of heroes and start a new group based on Caring, not killing.
