Grand Scholar Dermatalo
Dermatalo is a wise Elven Mage who works closely with the Holy Council of the The Iron Star Pact.
He is allowed to practice magic due to his pure Elven bloodline. Dermatalo came over from the home land of the Elves to work with the Iron Star Pact over 30 years prior to the start of the game.
He is an esteemed Elven Mage who has trained in magic and alchemy since he was just a child. He trained at the Royal Academy of the Eleven Empire where he graduated and continued his research as a Grand Mage.
Dermatalo has made break throughs in magic and potions which can extend a human's natural life span, and potions which increase the user's regenerative rate exponentially.
Even though Dermatalo has made great inventions and discoveries in these fields, his real speciality is weapons. He has vast knowledge of ancient weapons and how to recreate some of them.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Dermatalo is motivated by his lust for knowledge. He is not highly religious like other members of the Iron Star Pact. The Iron Star Pact for him is just the enabler of his research.
Much of his research is done into ancient elven weapons which have been lost over the ages. This fascinates him as he believes that he can find the mythical weapon "[MYTHICAL WEAPON NAME]" which is said to be able to obliterate large cities. The members of the Holy Council also hope that he finds this weapon so they can use it in the up coming war. They believe that just by having the weapon will be enough to make their enemies submit.

Dermatalo is very eloquent and well spoken. He is usually a man of few words but all of the words he speaks are highly calculated and precisely placed.
Dermatalo can not deal with what he considers to be "low class people". These are people who are either not educated or are crass.
Hygiene
Dermatalo is obsessed with cleanliness. He spends much of his time disinfecting and cleaning his tools and lab. He avoids low class people due to his belief that they are all dirty and infected with diseases.
