Patriarch Vitalian Kor is the leader of the See of Frelor and The Order of the Holy Flame . He was instrumental in driving the church to take the throne from the warring princes, and took power over Frelor, turning it into a theocracy, and renaming it the See of Frelor -as opposed to the Principality of Frelor as it was known before.
He is an elf of around 670 years of age. As he did not personally partake in putting undead creatures in the grave, he has not been prematurely aged like most, but he is now considered elderly for an elf. He still stands tall, an incredibly thin man with sharp features and hair that is now a stark white. He wears the ceremonial robes of his office at all times. While he carries no weapon, he is believed to be very proficient in magic.
