Delorika

Delorika is not a unified country. Not that it's savage, it just has no central government to speak of. The closest thing to authority that Delorika has is the Chromatic Clergy in the Holy Chromatic City. This is where most Dragonborn of Sye are born. The Chromatic City lies in the Badlands in the North of Delorika on the highest plateau near the Prismatic Mountains. They get food and water by trade with the Blue Dragonborn that live in the canyon to the West of the City. The Blue Dragonborn trade for food and water with the H.U.C.S. that live downriver by trading gold and silver that they dig from the canyon mines. That gold and silver is what ends up being pressed into the currency that is used throughout Sye. The Blue Dragonborn are not allowed within the Chromatic City, but are granted blessings for their trade with them. There are also small villages dotted around Delorika, around the southeastern river. A Yuan-ti Civilization called Shalar used to exist in what is now known as the "Dune Sea" to the west of the Canyon, however in 206 A.R.H. the Chromatic Clergy declared war on the Yuan-ti after they began raiding the river villages in the canyon. They wiped out Shalar and the Dune Sea is now forbidden land in Delorika. This conflict became known as the "Emerald War".
When Dragonborn from the Chromatic City come of age, they are exiled from Delorika until they have traveled the entirety of Sye. Only around 30% return.
As of 1080 A.R.H. the leader of Delorika and the Chromatic Clergy is a Female Silver Dragonborn named "Daar Sivak".
