Few are the survivours of the horror that fell into the city-state of Bregos and destroyed both the place and its people.
Fewer even are those that didn't stay in the ruins, rebuilding their corroding houses and helping each other survive.
Fjalhilly is one such wandering Breguine. Equiped with a traditional set of bagpipes, he was travelling though the Haan Archipelago when The Rust hit, avoiding the tragedy.
Though he has went back to visit his homeland and its survivors several times, bringing them valuable resources from below, he kept travelling the lands, keeping alive the stories of his people in the minds and hearts of the societarians.

Physical Aspect

Fjalhilly is a furry societarian of bighorn sheep phenotype, very tall, bulky and well-fed, with uniform and thick brown fur through his body.
Despite his imposing frame, he is an agile man capable of climbing almost vertical surfaces after many years of living in the mountainsides.
He has thick curled horns, orange eyes and black hooves.

Personality

Fjalhilly is a diplomat at heart, always trying to solve conflicts with peaceful negotiation. He is charismatic, friendly and sensitive, sometimes struggling to overcome new traumatic experiences. He will explain that he has "Used up his emotional strenght" after the events that destroyed his homeland.
During good times, he is good-humored and entertaining, an inspiring leader whose wise words and songs give strenght and courage to his companions.

Likes and Dislikes

He has a soft spot for small fluffy creatures, and will insist that little kennet lyraiks are a necessity in ships to keep khoms at bay.

Life

Fjalhilly was born and raised in the city-state of Bregos in the mountaintops south to the City of Goldwaste.
Ever since his childhood he showed interest in the many cultures and their histories, leyends, heroes' tales and adventures, so as he grew he started learning to travel and joining historians, merchants and artists to learn from them.
He found a special interest in the songs made to remember tales and histories, and learned to play several of the traditional Breguine instruments. He eventually became proficient with the Breguine Bagpipes and became a renowned bard himself.
He spent a lot of time traveling the islands and expanding the knowledge about the Breguine people across the lands he visited.

Fjalhilly was 31 years old when the High Rust met him traveling through the sea, far from home, a happenstance that saved his life.
He returned to the ruins of his nation a year later, where he was met with failure in his search for surviving family and friends, and a sad reunion with his few surviving compatriots.
He spent some about two years in the fallen city-state, deeply grieving but putting all his remaining energy into helping the survivors rebuild their houses and bridges, care for the bodies of the dead and form a new social structure.
