Umbral Wastes

The Umbral Wastes is the dark and dismal half of the Wyldshade. Places in which the magics of the Umbral Wastes reign supreme are shrouded in eternal night. The land is twisted and distorted, with jagged mountains, dead forests, and crumbling ruins and filled with a sense of foreboding.
The creatures that inhabit this realm are often twisted and corrupted versions of their counterparts in the natural world, and some have even been turned into undead monstrosities. The few inhabitants of the Umbral Wastes are often cruel and uncaring, with little regard for the lives of others. Those who venture into this realm are advised to be wary of the dangers that lurk in every shadow.
