Oddgarden is home to the Davinet family, rulers of the city, and of Sabellis province. Their ancestral manor is situated across from the Gate of Three, symbolizing their role in the triune ruling structure (Nobles, Church, and Council). A number of outstanding figures of noble birth whose families helped secure Sabellis for the Davinets during the early Reconstruction also live here. As do their horses.

Access to the area is largely restricted.

Oddgarden's name derives from the Aspect, the Lady of the Garden.
