Water's and War
Said to be the oldest Human civilization it is said the first Emperor was picked by the Goddess herself. This same family still rules today. Being the first people to build ships they would use this technology to rule the seas. They would sail to lands take what they needed and go back to strengthen the homeland as it continues to grow larger and larger toppling any in the way. They would first move west through the swamp using the waterways, after beating the lizardmen in countless battles they would find a new foe in Tellius. During this time the country would be building massive ships for a secret northern expansion. Due to this the need for more and more wood arose as this drove them to attempt to gain control of the entire forest. This action caused the once split elf clans to join together forming Gallia putting another war on the Empire. After seeing this they would move to put their efforts back on Tellius taking much of its land but before victory could be fully claimed Tellius would return with the Leicester Alliance taking back the land. After being spread thin the Empire signed a peace treaty with Gallia and Tellius.
Structure
The Emperor rules over all but his son is positioned in the north to respond faster if needed. The Government and the Church are both highly intertwined and work towards the same goals.
Demography and Population
Made up of almost entirely humans most other humanoid races are looked down on, hated, or feared.
Territories
The main area of the Empire is based around the waterways of the sacred forest and the neighboring swamps taking most of the land around it. The northern expansion is in the far north called the tundra a place locked in a year-long winter. 
Military
As an Empire built on war they have perfected building solders making sure all who hit the field are highly trained to kill. Mix this with some of the most advanced magic in all of Talos even matching that of the Leicester Alliance and it is apparent how they have held such military might.
Religion
Religion has a strong and deep grasp on the land with several benefits to joining. The main gods followed are Kriegen,Rylai,Zuerst,Lodern and Vastile.
Foreign Relations
Hated and cut off by many they do still maintain trading with several nations but wouldn't consider any nations a direct ally or enemy at the moment.
Agriculture & Industry
Most areas are taken up within the Empire's borders this is in an attempt to fit something on every part of the land. Due to this much of the empire is made up of either large production areas and warehouses or large farms not letting any land go to waste.

Education
Education is done in hand with the Church like many things in the Empire. Most villages and cities have a school attached to or near the church, the children attend until they are 12 from that point they have several choices the most popular being either enrolling in one of the warrior academies or staying with the church and continuing their studies going into magic if they have any aptitude.
