The Masked Islands
The islands of Enbar were in constant turbulence as the " War of the Waves " ragged on for generations. War is all Enbar knew until the masked ones appeared wielding tremendous magic, with this power they were able to gain control and put an end to the war within a generation. With the masked ones taking over the island it and its people prospered though maybe some more than others as treatment between races are apparent.
Demography and Population
Made up of Half Aquatic elves in its entirety though they are all the same race the people are broken into 3 different and distinct classes known as the pale faces, sea blessed, and masked ones.
Territories
The farthest eastern land in Talos, Enbar is made up of a small archipelago found within The Crystal Tides.
Military
Almost all of the Military is made up of the Masked ones separating military and city guards the city guards are made up of the top sea blessed.
Religion
Not a very religious land but most statues or churches are built in Rylai's name.
Foreign Relations
Cut off from the rest of the world besides some slight trade from the Alliance even this was only accepted due to the alliance practically giving away the goods.
Education
Those with large magic power or potential can attempt to join the masked ones it is said all masked ones are educated and they have a place for schooling inside Tarturus.
