Dapper Dragon
A famous location among those in Emerald Sea's this is because its a tavern in which tiny dragons more commonly known as drakes and other creatures help cook and serve. People come from all over to be served and waited on by the adorable creatures as the sounds of their chirps and yips echos through the tavern. They also have a following for their specialty drinks menu and their various effects.
The Flaming Dragon 1gp- A spicy beer that causes the user to breath a small bit of fire when the burp.
Dragons Piss 1gp- A powerful beer and while it has a good kick that taste is just as one would guess from its name.
Dragons Milk 2gp- An expensive white drink that resembles milk but removes the alcohol in your body. As a result you exhale fire in a single huge burp. Not really milk or even related to dragons.
Dragonborn Bloodwine- When you drink it, you are able to use a weakened breath attack for the next 10 mins.
