Owner of the Inn of Tides and Dapper Dragon he is a dedicated and loving Dragonborn. A refugee that was taken in by Gallia after his clan was wiped out by the Adrestian Empire. After falling in love with the forest and the wood elves was of family he decide to stay in Gallia as both a small ambassador for Tellius and now a local inkeeper. Always prim and proper in his speak he makes sure he is always in a suit made from Vasavi recently he has started taking to wearing a monocle over his good eye.
