Lycia's Stoneweavers
Once just a small group led by Hayden Hillshadow Lycia's Chancellor out of his workshop to a handful of people has grown into not just the largest Craftsmen guild in Lycia but the one that has overseen a great portion of its construction. This didn't happen overnight but over time more and more craftsmen became smitten with Hayden's work causing the guild to grow and create one massive guild hall now covering all needed crafts for building. The guild is now home to architects, carpenters, masons, stonecutters, roofers, and glassworkers as well as being the main supplier of tools and substances for most craftsman in Lycia. If all of this wasn't enough the work of Lycia's Stoneweavers is held to such standards that the mark of the guild acts as a mark of quality insurance. None of this could have happened without the city and its people and Hayden knows this well giving large donations to local charities as well as opening an in-guild bank that is used to give out loans to members that are starting a new business or has a well pitched idea.
Structure
Tester: The entry rank to the guild comes with no fees or bonuses members of this rank must test the common crafts made by the crafters to ensure quality.
Pupil: After doing your hours as a tester or by proving your skill with a truly quality piece you achieve this rank. As a pupil, you will choose a higher-ranked member to shadow and learn the trade from, with the member's permission of course.
Dues: 100 gp per month any usage of guild tools or machinery may come with an additional fee for this rank. 35% Guild charge for any job completed through the guild.
Maker: Aftering proving yourself and passing a test set by your mentee you may achieve this rank. As a marker you will now be able to craft commons good mainly for uses around the guild. You are now expected to wear the guild uniform anytime in the guild or on a guild job.
Dues: 100 gp per month any usage of guild tools or machinery may come with an additional fee for this rank. 35% Guild charge for any job completed through the guild.
Craftsman: Those who have proven themselves in a specific field may achieve this rank. As a craftsman everything the guild has in your field of experience is now available for you as you are now allowed to take part in the large scale guild request. Alongside these benefits, you are now given your own seal from the guild to mark your work and guild certified.
Dues: 300 gp per month any usage of guild tools or machinery may come with an additional fee for this rank. 30% Guild charge for any job completed through the guild.
Artisan: Those that have proven themselves are the top level of their craft unrivaled but by a few may achieve this rank. You are now allowed to help lead the large-scale guild quest as well as help create magic items for the guild. Alongside these benefits, your restrictions on the guilds bank are drastically changed.
Dues: 750 gp per month any usage of guild tools or machinery may come with an additional fee for this rank. 25% Guild charge for any job completed through the guild.
The Golden Fingers: Those who are crowned top of there craft in the end of the year show case may achieve this rank. When it comes to this ranking there can only ever be 5 no less and no more. Those that achieve this rank are able to oversee the entire section of the guild that fits their craft as well in having a vote in the ongoings within the Guild for that year.
