Knight-Captain Theodore Marshall

Knight-Captain Theodore Marshall is the guardian of the Candle Colony. He commands nearly one hundred knights of the Silver Order out of Camp Dawn, his moving stronghold.

Description

Theodore is a short human man riddled with scars. He wears an eyepatch, and his various injuries are a testament to the over fifty times he has died and been resurrected in the service of the Sacred Flame. His steed is an silver-armored pegasus.

Personality

The Knight-Captain prefers actions over words, goodness over strict adherence to ceremony. He speaks tersely and condemns injustice when he sees it, even from those within his faction. He does not trade lives.

The Silver Order

Although he expects much of his knights and squires, the Knight-Captain will pay any price for their rescue because he alone possesses the faith to be returned.

History

When the Beacon was chosen to lead a settlement mission into Redgaard, Theodore and a small retinue of Silver Order knights accompanied her to protect the Flamekeepers and Moths and cleanse the darkness that befell the land.
After Kapital stood trial in Camp Dawn, the Knight-Captain absolved them of their alleged crimes. Once the group showed him the hoppers' location on his map of the city, Theodore and a small contingent of his soldiers rode away to retrieve the corpses of their fallen brothers and enact justice on the creatures actually responsible for their deaths.
