Terra Nocteragan

A half-elf, half-tabaxi woman with sand-colored peach fuzz fur and dirty blonde hair with blue eyes who owns and runs the Gilt Lotus teahouse in the Silk District of Chandris. She has a deformed leg and wears a brace. Seems to have some kind of agreement with Louvre the Jackal to keep their privacy and run messages discreetly via her many young cousins.
